Banana Health benefits
As bananas are high in Pectin which helps in digestion and it also assist in maintaining the blood sugar. Further, researches shows that including banana in your regular diet helps to overcome depression. Additionally,bananas are rich in antioxidants elements so it also prevent from chronic diseases.
As you can see plenty of health benefits from it then are you interested to incorporate in your diet .I have two quick and easy recipe that include banana, which is healthy yet yummy.
Banana with Yogurt and Ginger
Ingredients
I have added ginger in this smoothie because it has always been used as medication for nausea, headache and heartburn. So, when its taken together with banana will work as natural antacid which helps to neutralise the acid of the stomach .
Banana With Oats and Almond
Procedure( Same as above)

- 1 medium sized ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon of honey
Procedure
- Keep banana in the refrigerator for few hours before you prepare this smoothies
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until its smooth.
