This recipe is really easy, yummy and healthy at the same time. Mung beans are a good source of dietary fiber and protein and low fat. Similarly putting a pinch of turmeric adds antioxidants to your pancake. For the ingredients, you will need:
- A bowl of Overnight Soaked Mung Beans
- A Bowl of Gram Flour
- 1/2 Tea Spoon of Turmeric Powder
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
- 1 finely chopped Chillies ( if you like spicy one)
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoon of sunflower oil( discard oil and bake it for healthier option)

Let's move on to the procedure:
- Grind all the ingredients in a grinder with half a cup of water
- Make a thick consistency
- Pan fry it in a medium heat for 3-6 minutes
